Warranty Coverage

All massage chairs sold by ZenThrone include the full manufacturer's warranty. Coverage varies by model and brand.

Standard Coverage

• Frame: 5 years (most models)
• Parts: 2–3 years
• Labor: 1–2 years
• In-home service: 1 year (select models)

Extended Warranty

Select models include a FREE 2-year extended warranty at no additional cost. This is noted on the product page for qualifying chairs.

How to File a Warranty Claim
